Praactice

Praactice

I do not stare at my finjers when I type. I am su[posed to toucj the keys lightly. My mother taughr me tHis sentenve to praactic:

Now is the time for all good men to com e to the aid of their country now is the time for all good mem to come to the aid of their countru now is the time for ll goo[ men to come to the aid of the9r country now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country.

if I type fast enougj it sounds like im a drummer or a keyboardist. Rat a tat tat. My finjers tap the keyz. I am workinf up to speed. Someday I want to type as fast and acccurately as she did.

Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their party

is the sentenve Charles E. weller originally used to teach typing srudents but then changed it to

Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country.

Sume peo[e think that sentenve was used to recruiite soldier s for war. but the words plus the . (period) made for 70 wordz to run across a whole lime of type.

My mother was a typing Speed Wueen. I used to dictatr and she would type what i said. Back then. there was No delete. only strikeout and whiteout. I don’t w ant to del.ete my mother;s memory, i just want not to thiNk of her eber y time I put my finger s on the keyboard. I think it is now about time for all good memories to come to the end of. To the aid of my grief.
