CD: In 1906, the Irish explorer Ernest Shackleton sailed to Antarctica with a group of men to reach the exact center of the South Pole. They never made it, but 100 years later, under the floor of the group’s cabin, a case of Scotch was found frozen. A world-famous whisky professional, Richard Paterson (whose nose is insured by Lloyd’s of London for $2 million) put together an exact replica of the Shackleton scotch.  I’d fill it with that, and oh, the places I’d go…
